Lu Lacka Wyco Hundo

The ride has literally something for everyone. As long as everyone likes riding around 100 miles and climbing over two vertical miles on the day.

There are swamps, lakes, former train beds, single track, long country roads, switchbacks, dirt, dust, mud, rollercoasters, water falls, barking dogs, scenic vistas, and miles of smiles.

The Lu Lacka Wyco is a ride for the ages, not a race for the aces.

People asked for more dirt, and more climbing, so that is what you will get! I have had this little gem hidden away and only released to some trusted individuals and some strava stalkers, but it will be waiting for you this coming April.

Registration for the Lu Lacka Wyco will be on Bike Reg on January 1 at 12am. Be the first, 50th, or 100th to register and get a case of Susquehanna Brewing Company Beer.

Registration is hard capped at 300 people this year. Get in where you fit in, because we are closing the door at 300. I don’t care if Floyd Landis really does show up this year. He ain’t getting in!

Hell of Hunterdon

THE 2017 HELL OF HUNTERDON WILL BE ON 3/25/2017; STAY TUNED AS WE UPDATE THE WEBSITE. REGISTRATION WILL OPEN IN JANUARY.

The Hell of Hunterdon is the Mid-Atlantic’s Premier Spring Classic & Mixed Surface Ride; it is the ideal way to open your cycling season.

The challenging course features 19 sections of dirt, gravel, and hardscrabble roads (covering approximately 15% of the course) as it winds its way through scenic farmland and country towns in New Jersey’s Sourland Region.

The ride is followed by a Post Ride Celebration that includes hot food, cold beer, and door prizes in a festive indoor/outdoor environment.

The ride begins at 9:00 from the Princeton Elks Lodge in Blawenburg (Skillman), NJ.  Please see the Registration Page for sign-in information and the Directions & Parking Page for location information.

*In tribute to the Northern European Spring Classics join us for the annual Hell of Hunterdon, an 82 mile Belgian themed ride in Hunterdon County, NJ.

The challenging course features 19 sections of dirt, gravel, and hardscrabble roads (covering approximately 15% of the course) as you wind your way through scenic farmland and country towns in New Jersey’s Sourlands. Total elevation gain is ca 5700 feet. The route is perfectly suitable for standard Road Bikes with Road Tires; tires wider than 23mm are suggested. Cyclocross bikes are welcome, but certainly not required, as most of the ride is on paved roads. It is the ideal preparation for those who plan to go to the Tour of the Battenkill on April 18th & 19th.

Following the ride, please join us for the festivities (food, beer, and door prizes) at the Elks Lodge in Blawenburg.
