Semplicemente Gravel Race!
What is LodiLeccoLodi?
LodiLeccoLodi is a loyal bike challenge in total self-sufficiency over a distance of about 160 km of mostly dirt paths. The challenge was inspired in rules and path by some American Gravel Races and was born from our passion for cycling and gravel roads.
The route begins in Lodi, it goes through Boffalora d’Adda where you enter a long dirt path that goes all along the Adda River. Once in Cassano you get on the path Lecco-Cassano up to Lecco and then back to Cassano, using the Lake Garlate as a “turning point” (going clockwise). In Cassano, take the towpath of the Muzza Canal and follow it up to Lodi.
The total route is about 170 km of mostly dirt paths.
Since the path has several points where the possibilities are manifold, we will identify a “Path Journal” of which we will provide all possible information (tracks GPS, online maps, road books).
All participants commit themselves to follow this path. As the path is defined, temporary tracks and maps will be provided so that those willing to try it even partially will be able to do it.
With adequate advance notice we will publish any information about the “Official Path.”
