Gravel Worlds

August 19 @ 6:00 am - 10:00 pm

pcl-skull-crossbonesGravel Worlds, ya’all! Formerly known as “The Good Life Gravel Adventure”, the Pirate Cycling League’s “Gravel Worlds” is a tongue in cheek poke at the “real deal”. What you get when you come to Gravel Worlds is a 150-ish mile course that generally circumnavigates the awesome gravel roads surrounding Lincoln, Nebraska. You also get to spend a day with lots of like minded folks and maybe you’ll even earn yourself a “rainbow jersey” for yer efforts. Arrgh! Gravel be good, Matey!

NEW FOR 2017!  Not wanting to walk the full plank? Plunderous none-the-less, our shortened course will test the mettle and give no quarter. We are plotting a (roughly) 75 mile voyage with checkpoints and high-seas refueling opportunities. Field Limit: 300

The 2017 Gravel Worlds promises an unparalleled challenge for the gravel enthusiast. The pirates are charting a route of approximately 150 miles and near 10,000 ft of climbing – adventuring through the rural farmlands of Southeastern Nebraska. Field Limit: 500

Registration for both events will commence on Saturday, January 21st at 7:00 am CST via BikeReg.com (link coming soon). Don’t miss out, we expect both distances to attract pirates and wanna-be pillagers.
